I waited until and called the hotel to speak to the evening manager. I asked for a cup but they did not have one but provided a plastic bag to tie the cup up in. As we were speaking, I googled how to get glitter out of carpet and informed her that the website suggested tape or a rolling lint brush. I called the front desk and asked for a supervisor. I called and was supposed to get a call back from a manager. What process did they use and do they have any pictures. I informed him that I had no idea glitter would damage a room but that it has been 4 days now and that is not good business to contact me days after with no proof.
